The Time To Pet App makes it simple and easy for clients to request new services, check their scheduled visits, update their pet info, view and send messages to our  team. The Time To Pet App can be downloaded directly from the ​​​​​ Apple App Store or from the  Google Play Store .
​If you prefer to access your account on your computer, above is the link to acess your portal. The Client Portal provides the same great features as the Client App but from any web browser. Clients can request services, and make cancellations. 
  1. Requesting Services
    How do I request services through my account? You can request services by phone or by logging into your portal.
  2. Requested Changes To Services
    How do I request service changes through my account? You can make changes to your current bookings through your portal.
  3. Activating Your Account
    How do I activate my account? Tender Love & Pet Care, LLC will send you a activation e-mail from Time To Pet when you book your meet & greet. Click on the registration link in the e-mail and create a password. Your Username will be your E-mail address you give us over the phone! Its important to make sure you give us a valid e-mail address you have access too.

    How do I update my personal information? The “My Info” page allows you to keep your contact information up to date.
  5. Updating Pet Information
    How do I update my pet(s) information? It is very important to keep your pet(s) information up to date! Our sitters use this application for every visit to get all of your pets information. If this information is not updated errors could be made due to out of date information!
